As all our cattle are naturally reared and grass fed, you can be confident that you are buying the best beef. From the farm where the cattle are born to the moment your food arrives at your door, we know exactly where your meat has come from.

Your beef from Buccleuch is carefully matured for a minimum of 21 days. The supreme quality of our renowned steaks comes from this slow maturing and in no small measure from the way in which our skilled butchers in Scotland apply there traditional skills to preparing these cuts of meat. From the classic fillet to the succulent sirloin and from the King of Roasts to the best braising joints  Buccleuch beef comes in a range of sizes and cuts to satisfy every appetite.
