Ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition is very important to us.
All our products are blast frozen and carefully packaged using dry ice in insulated boxes which are meticulously temperature controlled so they reach you in prime condition. We continually strive to find the latest innovations in environmentally friendly packaging and your food packaging can be recycled through any local polystyrene recycling centre.
Our packaging has been carefully designed to ensure your food reaches you in optimum condition and our professional blast freezing captures all the taste and goodness of your food; locking in flavour and freshness until you are ready to enjoy it at home. Our special blast freezing method is one of the most reliable ways to ensure your food is not only full of flavour and taste but also very safe. We freeze your food at a much lower temperature than conventional home freezers so you can be assured your food is of the best quality.
To ensure our stringent food hygiene standards are maintained at all times, it is not possible to combine chilled and frozen products in the same packaging. All orders are despatched on Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Thursday to arrive promptly the next working day (if placed before 10am the previous day).
Depending on location and delivery size, your order will normally be delivered between 8am-6pm. While we will do our best to ensure prompt delivery, a parcel will very occasionally be delayed and unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. With this in mind, we are happy to deliver your order direct to your home or another nominated address such as a neighbour or workplace if more convenient.
Delivery is to one nominated address in the UK mainland only, delivery dates may be affected by public and bank holidays. If you are in any doubt please call 0800 587 5011 to check prior to placing your order.
There will be a delivery charge of £5.95 on all orders under £75.00. Any orders placed over £75.00 will receive FREE DELIVERY.
Please note that Buccleuch Larder products will be sent separately from meat/fish boxes.
