WE GUARANTEE THAT ALL OUR BEEF IS NATURALLY REARED AND GRASS FED.

All our Beef is bought from within the UK from sources that comply with our own strict standards. Buccleuch Beef is quality assured, traditionally reared and grass fed. Each cut of premium quality Beef is fully traceable from its point of origin to when it arrives at your door.

Our Beef is matured for a minimum period of 21 days, which helps to develop the traditional "beef" taste and succulence which is second to none. Buccleuch Butchers then take over, using traditional skills to ensure that all cuts are expertly prepared. Our reputation is founded on our ability to provide premium quality beef products and below, we provide some information to help you choose your gourmet meal.
